Frankie Ciano – Real Estate Broker/Owner and designated REALTOR® who constantly studies the San Luis Obispo County market and researches a property's value and potential so he can better meet his client's needs. After attending private schools, he transferred to California Polytechnic State University and received a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Business. For years Frankie has had a passion for locating investment properties for friends and family. Today Frankie helps many people expand their real estate holdings to include second homes and investment properties. Frankie presently lives in Morro Bay, were he takes pleasure in the surrounding area by surfing, hiking, and walks along the beach. Maybe the combination of serving in the US Coast Guard operating surf rescue boats for several years on the Oregon and California Coastlines, raising 5 teenagers, and walking 4 dogs, has something to do with Jay's resolve, upbeat personality, and compliment to the complexities of today’s real estate market.
